What this website collects, what it does not, and how to have anything we hold about you deleted.

The short version

This is a small website for a collision repair shop. It has no database, no login, no shopping basket and no profile of you. This site currently loads no advertising or analytics tag of any kind. There is no Microsoft UET tag, no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no embedded map, no video embed, no web font loaded from a third party and no chat widget. While that remains true, visiting this site causes your browser to make zero requests to any other company’s servers. This sentence is generated from the site’s own configuration, so it cannot become out of date while the configuration says otherwise.

What the website itself collects

Nothing is stored on this website. The enquiry form on the contact page sends what you type to info@foreverinmyheartjewelry.com. Nothing is stored on this website: there is no database behind it.

Like essentially every website, the server that hosts this one keeps standard access logs containing IP addresses, timestamps and requested URLs. Those are kept by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes and are not used to build a profile of anybody.

What we collect when you contact us

If you telephone, we hold what you tell us: typically your name, a telephone number, the vehicle, what happened to it, and your insurer and claim reference if you give them to us. We hold it in order to quote for and perform the repair.

If you send an enquiry, the same applies to what is in the message.

We do not sell it, rent it or trade it. We do not add anybody to a mailing list for having contacted us.

Who else sees it

If a repair proceeds through an insurance claim, the estimate, photographs and supplements are shared with your insurer, because that is how the claim is paid. Parts suppliers see the part numbers and the vehicle identification, because that is how parts are ordered.

Beyond that, nobody. We do not pass contact details to marketing companies, lead brokers, or anybody else.

How long we keep it

Repair records are kept for the period required for warranty, accounting and tax purposes. Enquiries that do not become repairs are kept only as long as they are useful and are deleted on request.

Having it deleted

Ask, and we will delete what we are not required to keep. Email info@foreverinmyheartjewelry.com or telephone, and say what you want removed. There is no form to fill in and no account to close. The opt-out policy covers contact specifically.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

The factual parts of this page — what tags load, whether a form exists — are generated from the website’s own configuration rather than written by hand, so they describe the site as it is now rather than as it was when somebody last remembered to edit this page.
